In order to preserve the nature of Courthouse Square as a public plaza, <br />priority will be given to events open to the public as opposed to those <br />involving private or exclusive use of the property. <br />J. For all public access events, the application deadline shall be no less than <br />six (6) months in advance of the proposed event date. No modifications to <br />the event plan will be allowed within ninety (90) days of the proposed public <br />access event. For Exclusive Use events, the application deadline shall be <br />no less than sixty (60) calendar days prior to the event date and no more <br />than nine (9) months in advance.
