8.113. - Page 51 of 72 <br />SECTION 45: FINANCIAL AND LEGAL RESPONSIBILTY <br />The Permittee, its authorized representative, and/or co -promoters cited in the <br />approved application will be held financially and legally responsible for all expenses <br />incurred by the City in connection with the event. If any charges remain unpaid <br />within sixty 60) days of receipt of the City's invoice, the Permittee (individual and/or <br />organization) may forfeit the ability to rent Courthouse Square or all other City <br />managed facilities in the future. <br />Redwood City will accept Visa, MasterCard, cash or check. For current fees and <br />charges please reference the City's Master Fee Schedule available online. <br />A. The Permittee shall pay all fees, deposits, and all appropriate charges as <br />established by the -resolution of the City Council.
