Within ten 10 business days of the last day of the event as stated in the <br />permit, City departments must submit billings to the Parks, Recreation and <br />Community Services Department for review and approval of costs incurred <br />in providing event support. <br />G. Within thirty 301 days of the last day of the event as stated in the permit, the <br />Parks, Recreation and Community Services Department shall determine and <br />transmit to the Permittee an invoice for all costs above and beyond any <br />retained security or cleaning deposits whiGh aro er will be incurred or <br />anticipated by the City in cleaning or restoring the Courthouse Square or for <br />any additional services or, whiGh costs arisin <br />out of; the activity of the underlying Event Permit. Any additional services and <br />costs that have been identified but not yet chargedeRgaged in n, ,rs aRt to <br />the City within thirty (30) days after the event will be included as a line item <br />on the invoice to Permittee and marked with a "TBD," meaning "to be <br />determined" pending additional charges to the City." <br />H. The Permittee shall have thirty 301 days from the transmission of such <br />invoicebA in which to pay or request adjustment of the same. In the event <br />there are additional services and costs marked with a "TBD" on the <br />Permittee's invoice, the Permittee shall have thirty (30) days from the <br />transmission of the additional invoice after such services and costs have <br />been determined and charged to the City.Any request for <br />adnustmen.sadjustmeRt shall be transmitted in writing to the Parks, <br />Recreation and Community Services Department, who shall determine <br />whether an adjustment is proper. <br />I. Legacy Events are exempt from application and permit fees, as well as any <br />additional City fees or staff charges related to the Legacy Event. Any other <br />events that coincide or overlap with the timing of a Legacy Event and that are <br />not part of the Legacy Event itself, shall not be eligible for additional City <br />funding including City grants. Upon receipt of the scope of the Legacy Event <br />submitted in the Courthouse Square Event Application, Legacy Event <br />organizers shall not alter the scope of the Legacy Event if it places an <br />increased financial burden on the City, unless the Legacy Event organizers <br />receive City Council approval. Any conflict between Legacy Event organizers <br />and City staff regarding changes to the Legacy Event may be appealed to <br />the City Council per Chapter 1, Article III (Procedures on Appeals and Call <br />Ups) of the City Code. <br />SECTION 56: REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL EVENTS <br />Clear and Safe Access <br />A.
