All events must be accessible toerp sonspeople with disabilities, or <br />reasonable accommodations must be made. <br />2. TheA Permittee shall delineate a clear path of travel in itsthe <br />Courthouse Square site planS+te Plan to, but not limited to, the <br />County Courthouse building, wheelchair lift., and the business <br />entrances and service windows of the Courthouse Square kiosks. <br />3. Fire Department access/no parking fire lanesF1�es shall be <br />observed at all times. <br />Hours of Event <br />The typical duration of events are between four (4) and eight (8) hours. If the <br />proposed event will be longer than eight (8) hours, additional charges may be <br />required and assessed as part of the total estimated costs and final bill. The <br />Permittee will be required to coordinate with and communicate event date and hours <br />to the San Mateo County History Museum, the Fox Theater, and other businesses <br />within the Courthouse Square Event Area boundaries. <br />Insurance <br />Insurance is required for most special events, for details see Attachment fl, attached <br />hereto and incorporated by referencefeels. Proof of liability coverage is <br />required in the form of an Acord Certificate of Insurance; and the corresponding <br />endorsements. as deemed nenessar„. Depending on the event type, the City may <br />require workers'�°�e�o compensation, liquor liability., and automobile insurance <br />may else be required. <br />Business LicenseTax <br />A. All professional event planners and promoters for hire are required to obtain <br />a business license regardless of whether the event is for charitable purposes. <br />B. Subcontracting supply and service companies or organizations_—e.g., <br />catering, valet, rental, security services, etch.; are required to obtain <br />individual business licenses. <br />C.
