Any person claiming to have ana Geurthouse Square Event Permit issued <br />under Chapter 33A1 Article III of the Citypa4 Code shall produce and <br />exhibit such permit upon the request of any authorized City staff. <br />Permits Non -Transferable <br />Any permit issued pursuant to theseguidelinesre^utatk�Rs. shall pertain solely to the <br />Permittee, and shall be void if transferred or assigned in any manner, except with <br />the written consent of the City Manager or his or her designee. <br />Pre- and Post- Event InspectionWa'F <br />At the conclusion of the event, Courthouse Square will be inspected by a City <br />representative for additional clean --up and damage charges. If the Permittee has <br />not cleaned and/or repaired Courthouset4e.
