8.113. - Page 54 of 72 <br />1 <br />A. The A Courthouse —Square —E—veRtPermittee shall carry a copy of the <br />Event Permit at all times during the course of the <br />approved event. <br />B. Any person claiming to have ana Geurthouse Square Event Permit issued <br />under Chapter 33A1 Article III of the Citypa4 Code shall produce and <br />exhibit such permit upon the request of any authorized City staff. <br />Permits Non -Transferable <br />Any permit issued pursuant to theseguidelinesre^utatk�Rs. shall pertain solely to the <br />Permittee, and shall be void if transferred or assigned in any manner, except with <br />the written consent of the City Manager or his or her designee. <br />Pre- and Post- Event InspectionWa'F <br />At the conclusion of the event, Courthouse Square will be inspected by a City <br />representative for additional clean --up and damage charges. If the Permittee has <br />not cleaned and/or repaired Courthouset4e. Square and restored it to its original <br />condition, the City will clean and/or repair Courthouset4e Square and retain the <br />deposit or portion thereof, and charge the Permittee for amount of actual costs to <br />recover City expenses for site cleanup and repair. <br />Cancellation of Events <br />__._RGe of the event to the • •notice. cancellation OGGUFS <br />feweF than .• heuFs pFieF te the date of the event, 1% ef the peFrnit fee shall <br />be forfeoted-. <br />B.
