<br />Cork Marcheschi <br />Fabrication & Installation Agreement <br />Page 2 of 5 <br /> <br />MILESTONES AND DELlVERABLES <br /> <br />Step One: NOTICE TO PROCEED - Fabrication Initiation <br /> <br />Due Date: October 1 , 2006 <br /> <br />1. Payment: RDA will make the First Interim Payment of $16,800.00 upon contract <br />approyal by the Board of Director of the Redeyelopment Agency and receipt of an <br />acceptable inyoice approyed by RDA. <br /> <br />Step Two: DOCUMENTATION - Structural Seal Submittal; Electrical Plan Submittal; <br />Installation Plan Submittal <br /> <br />Due Date: November 1, 2006 <br /> <br />1. Deliverables: <br /> <br />a. Submit to-scale, full-color drawings of the Artwork which illustrate the <br />proposed Structural Plan of the Artwork in its entirety. The design drawings <br />shall include a depiction of the placement of the Artwork along the street <br />and any attachment systems, including mechanical and electrical <br />attachments required to anchor or integrate the Artwork to the streetlight <br />poles. The structural plan shall include structural calculations by a <br />registered structural engineer. Prior to submittal to RDA, the final design <br />shall be reyiewed and approyed by a certified structural engineer paid for by <br />RDA under separate contract. <br /> <br />b. Submit to-scale drawings of the Artwork which illustrate the proposed <br />Electrical Plan of the Artwork along the street. <br /> <br />c. Submit an Installation Plan to show material specifications, application <br />procedures, and installation instructions. Submit materials specifications for <br />all products, installation and application methodology and sequencing of <br />installation, including but not limited to the framework, streetlight poles, <br />glazing, electrical components and connections, lighting elements, <br />adhesiyes, sealants, hardware, and fasteners to be used in the Artwork. <br /> <br />2. Written authorization will be given to proceed to Step Three upon written approval <br />of the deliverables by RDA. <br /> <br />3. Payment: RDA will make the Second Interim Payment of $16,800.00 upon receipt <br />of an acceptable invoice approved by RDA. <br />
