No permit granted hereunder shall be transferable. .., (e) The person applying for a permit for a supervised public display of fireworks shall, at the time of application, submit for inspection the applicant's license issued by the state Fire Marshal, and furnish proof of coverage of such compensation insurance as is required by the state of California for any employees of the applicant. The applicant shall file with the Chief a bond issued by an authorized surety company to be approved by the City, conditioned upon the applicant's --~~ payment in an amount approved by the City (and in no event less than that required by state law) of all damages to persons or property, including loss of life and loss of use of property, which shall or may result from or be caused by the proposed supervised public display of fireworks, or any negligence on the part of the applicant, or the applicant's agents, servants, employees, or sub- contractors in the presentation thereof, or a certificate evidencing the carrying of appropriate public liability insurance for the benefit of the applicant and the applicant's agents, servants, employees and subcontractors, as evidence of ability to respond in damanges in at least such amount, said insurance likewise to be approved by the City. .., (f) Any fireworks that remain unfired after the supervised public display is concluded shall be immediately disposed of in a way safe for the particular type of fireworks remaining. ..
