There shall be a teas ...~ble relationship between the nee(: _, the public facilities <br /> <br /> and traffic reduction measures described in the above-mentioned resolution and <br /> the impacts of the types of development for which the corresponding fee shall be <br /> levied. <br /> <br /> H. There shall be a reasonable relationship between the use of the fee and the type <br /> <br /> of development for which the fee shall be levied. <br /> <br /> I. There shall be a reasonable relationship between the amount of the fee and the <br /> cost of the facilities or portion of the facilities attributable to the development for <br /> which the fee shall be levied. <br /> <br /> J. The cost estimates set forth in the above-mentioned resolution shall be <br /> reasonable cost estimates for constructing such facilities and providing <br /> transportation services and administering the fee; and the fees expected to be <br /> generated by future development shall not exceed the total costs identified in <br /> said resolution. <br /> <br /> K. The studies upon which the fee shall be based shall set forth a reasonable <br /> methodology and analysis for the determination of the impact of new <br /> development upon traffic in the City and corresponding costs for additional rights- <br /> of-way, read construction, read improvements and traffic reduction measures <br /> necessitated by such development. <br /> <br />Section 18.245 - Short Title, Authority and Applicability: <br /> <br /> A.
