<br />II (b) No tract sign shall exceed 130 square feet in <br />area nor shall the total height of the tract. sign <br />exceed 35 feet. Not more than one tract sign <br />shall be permitted for each five lots in any <br />tract or subdivision offered for sale. <br />! <br /> <br />II (c) Every tract sign shall be located within the <br />trapt or subdivision being offered for sale and <br />shall be removed within 90 days after the sale <br />of ~he last parcel in the tract. <br />i <br />I <br />II (d) Notwithstanding other, provisions of this article, <br />tra~t signs shall be permitted in residentially <br />zoned districts." <br />I . <br /> <br />II Section 3.141 <br /> <br />The following provisions shall be <br /> <br />applicable to signs advertising the sale, rental or lease <br />of the premises upon which such sign is located and such <br />signs shall not be subject to the provisions of Divisions 2, <br /> <br />4 and 5 of this article: <br /> <br />II (a) In residentially zoned districts, a single sign <br />not exceeding six square feet in area which <br />advertises the sale, rental or lease of the <br />premises upon which such sign is located shall <br />. be permitted for each street frontage of a parcel. <br /> <br />II (b) In nonresidentially zoned districts, signs which <br />advertise the sale, rental or lease of the premises <br />upon which such sign is located shall be permitted <br />for each street frontage of a parcel as follows: <br /> <br />II (1) On parcels improved by the construction of <br />a building ,one sign, not to exceed -six. <br />square feet in area nor six feet in height, <br />for each street frontage of the parcel and <br />one additional such sign for each street <br />frontage of the parcel for each realtor <br />offering the parcel for sale, rental or lease. <br />In addition, each parcel may erect one sign <br />for each street frontage of the parcel not <br />to exceed 16 square feet in area, indicating <br />that the property ,is for sale, rental and/or <br />lease; provided, that no advertising matter <br />other than the words 'for sale,' 'for rent,' <br />and/or 'for lease' shall be placed on said <br />sign. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />II (2) On unimproved parcels, one sign for each <br />street frontage of the parcel and one <br />additional sign for each street frontage <br />of the parcel for each realtor offering the <br />parcel for sale, rental or lease.
