<br />(c) "County Board of Equalization" shall <br /> <br />mean the council when sitting as a <br /> <br />board of equalization for a district <br /> <br />or improvement district; and <br /> <br />(III) the City tax collector shall be the <br /> <br />redemption officer." <br /> <br />Section 5. Section 615 is added to the Ordinance <br /> <br />to read as follows: <br /> <br />II Section 615. Addi tional Pm'lers. The power <br /> <br />to undertake a project or projects in addition <br /> <br />to the project or projects for which a district <br /> <br />was formed may be given to an existing district <br /> <br />. ," <br /> <br />by resolution after following>> as to any proposed <br /> <br />additional project or projects~ the procedures <br />required by Sections 603 to 609~ both inclus~ve~ <br />612 and 613 of this ordinance; provided, however~ <br />that if the council determines that the existing <br />district includes lands which will not in its <br /> <br />judgment be benefited by such project or excludes <br /> <br />land which would in its judgment be benefited by <br /> <br />such project, proceedings therefor under this <br /> <br />section shall be terminated." <br /> <br />Section 6. Section 1214 of the Ordinance is <br /> <br />hereby amended to read as follows: <br />"Section 1214. Registration of bonds.
