Mitigation <br /> <br /> <br />Monitoring shall be the responsibility of the <br /> <br /> <br />Developer. <br /> <br />7. NOISE <br />a. Significant Effects. Although there will be no <br />long-term noise impacts from the Project, <br />construction in the Project area would result in <br />increased short term noise levels in excess of 90 <br />dba within 1600 feet of receptors. <br />b. Findings. Undesirable noise levels during the <br />construction phase shall be mitigated by limiting <br />construction activities to daylight hours. <br />Construction equipment shall be muffled or <br />controlled. Any potential development must comply <br />with Title 24, Noise Installation Requirements. <br />c. Rationale and Facts Supporting Findings. <br />Construction cannot occur without some noise. <br />With proper care and equipment the problem can be <br />mitigated to an acceptable level. <br />d.
