INSURANCE. Permittee shall secure, carry and maintain <br /> <br />at all times during the period which this permit is effective, at <br /> <br />Permittee's sole cost and expense, public liability, bodily <br /> <br />injury and property damage insurance in the following minimum <br /> <br />amounts: <br /> <br />(a) $1,000,000 for injury or death of any person, and <br />$500,000 for anyone occurrence. <br /> <br />(b) Property damage insurance in the amount of $1,500,000. <br /> <br />Permittee <br /> <br />shall <br /> <br />furnish <br /> <br />a <br /> <br />certificate <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />insurance <br /> <br />evidencing the above insurance coverage, <br /> <br />together with an <br /> <br />endorsement naming City, <br /> <br />its Council, boards, commissions, <br /> <br />officers, employees, and agents, as additional insureds. <br /> <br />In addition to the foregoing insurance, Permittee shall take <br /> <br />out and maintain, during the period which this permit is <br /> <br />effective, Workers' Compensation Insurance in not less than <br /> <br />statutorily required amounts, covering Permittee's employees <br /> <br />using or occupying the Subject Premises. <br /> <br />8. <br /> <br />HOLD HARMLESS. <br /> <br />Permittee shall and will assume the <br /> <br />defense of, and indemnify and save City, its Council, boards, <br /> <br />commissions, officers, employees and agents, free and harmless <br /> <br />from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities and <br /> <br />judgements for or by reason of any damages or losses or injury to <br /> <br />persons (including loss of life) or to property (including loss <br /> <br />of use thereof) caused by or arising out of Permittee's act or <br /> <br />4 <br /> <br />11213 <br />
