RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FIRST <br /> AMENDMENT TO THE REVOCABLE PERMIT <br /> FOR OPERATION OF A FARMERS MARKET <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on or about March 9, 1999, Permittee was granted a revocable <br />permit to operate a Farmers Market in Redwood City (the "Permit"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the parties now desire to amend the Permit to extend the operating <br />'period by one month and to update the notification address for Permittee. <br /> <br /> NOW, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. The First Amendment to the Revocable Permit for Operation of a Farmers <br /> Market, a copy of which is on file in the Office of the City Clerk, is approved; <br /> and <br /> <br /> 2. The City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to <br /> execute and to attest thereto, respectively, said amendment for and on behalf <br /> of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> 3.
