<br />E. CBA agrees only to call those customers which RWC requests be called by CBA. <br />Moreover, RWC has the ultimate discretion to approve the pre-recorded message delivered to <br />each individual customer. Notwithstanding the foregoing, even though RWC shall have ultimate <br />discretion to approve the pre-recorded messages to be delivered to each individual customer, <br />the approval of the pre-recorded message by RWC shall in no way relieve CBA of its duty to <br />ensure that the RWC approved pre-recorded messages are compliant with all applicable laws. <br /> <br />F. CBA agrees to deliver up to 2500 pre-recorded messages per month at a price of $1.50 <br />per call. CBA will charge a one time set up fee of $350.00 dollars and a monthly maintenance <br />fee of $100.00 dollars per month. The parties contemplate that RWC may in the future desire <br />that CBA deliver more than 2500 pre-recorded messages per month, at a price to be agreed <br />upon by the parties. <br />
