<br />City of Redwood City <br /> <br />Redwood Shores Branch Library <br /> <br />SCHEDULE <br /> <br />We reviewed the project plans provided to us to estimate the approximate number of field <br />and office hours and the necessary laboratory testing required for the above services. A <br />construction schedule for the project was not available to us at the time this estimate was <br />prepared; however, if a project schedule becomes available, we would be happy to review our <br />construction estimate. All site earthwork is assumed to occur within normal working hours <br />Monday through Friday. Table 1 presents our estimated schedule of field, office and <br />laboratory services for construction work involving geotechnical engineering services. Please <br />note that our estimate does not include time for services performed due to problems or delays <br />that may be encountered during construction, and includes only part-time observation and <br />testing. <br /> <br />TABLE 1 .
