Travel Agencies; <br /> r r. Watch and clock sales and services, <br /> <br /> ~ Accessory_ Uses. The following uses are permitted in the CBR <br /> District when accessory to a use permitted under Sections 26.2 and 26.4: <br /> <br /> a. Incidental storage and office uses, provided such uses are clearly <br /> incidental to the retail sale of products on the premises. <br /> <br /> b. Day care centers if the facilities are in conjunction with adjoining <br /> businesses and primarily serve the employees of such businesses. <br /> <br /> ~ ~ The following uses are permitted in the <br /> CBR District subject to first securing a use permit therefor: <br /> <br /> a. Clothing sales of used clothing; <br /> b. Cocktail lounges; <br /> c. Day Care Centers if the facilities are not in conjunction with the <br /> adjoining businesses; <br /> d. Financial institutions and office fronts; <br /> e. Health Clubs and Gyms; <br /> f. Hotels and motels; <br /> g. Liquor stores; <br /> h. Laundry and dry-cleaning establishments with plant on )remises: <br /> i. Offices located on the ground floor; <br /> j. Parking lots and garages; <br /> k. Pet shops, including grooming; <br /> I. Public and quasi-public uses; <br /> m. Residential units located on the ground floor; <br /> n. Restaurants, cafes, and bars, including the sale of liquor and other <br /> alcoholic beverages; <br /> o. Restaurants with exterior seating; <br /> p. Sale of second-hand items; <br /> q. All new businesses which have an area greater or equal to 5,000 <br /> gross square feet; <br /> <br /> building area of 5,000 gross square feet or greater, including <br /> additions to buildings which currently exceed 5,000 gross square <br /> feet; <br /> s. Any interior remodeling which would result in the expansion of a <br /> retail use in a building which presently has an area in retail <br /> exceeding or equal to 5,000 gross square feet; <br /> t. Any other use not otherwise listed in this article which is determined <br /> by the Zoning Administrator, after a public hearing, to be of the same <br /> general character as the uses permitted by this article and which use <br /> is not inconsistent with the purposes of this article. <br /> <br /> CENTRAL BUSINESS RETAIL <br /> 26-2 <br /> <br /> <br />
