<br />Statewide One-Stop Rebate Program <br />Agency Participation Agreement <br />Page 5 of 7 <br /> <br />4.0 Cooling Tower Conductivity Controller <br /> <br />Agency will participate in the Cooling Tower Conductivity Controller (CTCC) portion of <br />the Program, and the Agency agrees to the following: <br /> <br />4.1 Work with the Council (or its representative) to identify target customers for <br />the CTCC portion of the Program, including providing addresses and other <br />contact information to ensure a successful program. <br /> <br />4.2 Conduct a pre-inspection of each prospective facility and cooling tower. The <br />below data will be provided to the Council's Program project manger: <br /> <br />4.2.1 No pre-existing working conductivity controller is installed <br /> <br />4.2.1.1 No existing working conductivity controller can be installed to <br />qualify for participation in the subsidized program <br /> <br />4.2.2 Size of the cooling tower (cooling capacity in tons) <br /> <br />4.2.2.1 Cooling tower must be, at a minimum, 50-tons to qualify for <br />participation in the subsidized program <br /> <br />4.2.3 Owner name <br /> <br />4.2.4 Facility contact person <br /> <br />4.2.5 Type of operation (space cooling, equipment cooling, etc.) <br /> <br />4.2.6 Climate zone <br /> <br />4.2.7 Type, size, and quantity of controller recommended <br /> <br />4.3 Provide monthly billing history and water use information in an MS Excel file for <br />participating customers for use only in reporting required under the grant from <br />Proposition 50. [Note: Rebate recipients agree to release this information as a <br />condition of rebate program participation.] <br /> <br />4.4 Provide monthly billing and water use information in an MS Excel file for <br />participating customers for use only in reporting required under the grant from <br />Proposition 50, beginning January 2008. [Note: Rebate recipients agree to <br />release this information as a condition of rebate program participation.] <br /> <br />4.5 Reimburse the customer for up to $350 of the meter cost through the rebate <br />processing center. <br /> <br />4.6 Reimburse the customer or maintenance/chemical vendor for up to $100 of the <br />meter installation cost through the rebate processing center. <br /> <br />4.7 Affirm the value of the Agency's in-kind contribution to the CTCC portion of <br />the Program is at least $1,200 per rebate. <br /> <br />4.8 Pay for 100% of the post-inspections required for this program at a rate of <br />$59.50 each, to be performed by the Council (or its representative). <br />
