<br />Attachment 1 <br /> <br />98 <br />Page 3 <br /> <br />What is the legal basis for the fee and how is it determined? <br />The State Quimby and Mitigation Act allow for the assessment of fees on development <br />for park and recreation improvements. They require a nexus study to define the <br />relationship between new development and the need for new parks.
