DES: ~ 05/19/98 (074/32) <br /> DES:~3k 05/27/98R <br /> <br />maintenance and operation, a description of each lot or parcel of <br />property in the District, by a legal description, Assessor's <br />Parcel Number or other description sufficient to identify the <br />same, and the amount of assessments to be levied for the fiscal <br />years 1998-1999 and 1999-2000 against each lot or parcel of <br />property. Said report shall be, and is hereby approved by this <br />Council, and shall be open to public inspection. <br /> <br /> 5. The proposed assessment does not exceed the amount of <br />assessment in effect prior to November 6, 1996, the effective <br />date of Article XIII D of the California Constitution, and the <br />assessment is exempt from the procedures and approval process set <br />forth in Section 4 of said Article pursuant to the provisions of <br />Section 5(a) thereof. <br /> <br /> 6. Monday, the 22nd day of June, 1998, at the hour of 7:30 <br />o'clock p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, <br />at the regular meeting place of this Council, in the Council <br />Chambers, City Hall, 1017 Middlefield Road, Redwood City, <br />California, are the date, time and place hereby fixed for hearing <br />by this Council on any and all protests in relation to said <br />benefit assessments and said budget, at which hearing this <br />Council shall examine said report and hear all persons interested <br />therein. <br /> <br /> Any interested owner objecting to the amount of the <br />assessment on any lot or parcel of property owned by him or her <br />may file with the City Clerk at or before the hour fixed for <br />hearing a protest, in writing, signed by him cr her, describing <br />the lot or parcel of property owned by him or her so that it may <br /> <br /> 4 13350 <br /> <br /> <br />
