Such costs include, but <br /> are not limited to, surcharges and/or administrative fees. The actual <br /> maximum monthEy contribution per active emptoyee, once these <br /> charges have been deducted, is estimated to be eight hundred <br /> seventy-three do[lars and seventy-nine cents ($873.79). In the event <br /> the Kaiser premium increases above $922.19 during the term of this <br /> MOU, the City will increase its contribution in an amount to equal <br /> such an increase. <br /> 10.1.5 For employees covered by this MOU, this amount shall be prorated. <br /> (For permanent part-time emptoyees working (20) or more hours per <br /> week covered by the MOU this amount shall be prorated.) <br /> 25 <br /> _ <br />
