After installation, the meter for the expansion area shall <br />be monitored and maintained in accordance with the requirements in this Section IX for the <br />existing Woodside flow meter. It is agreed by the parties that the present location of the <br />Woodside meter is acceptable. The meter shall measure the flow of sewage emanating <br />from Woodside's Service Area and entering District's Sewerage Facilities. Said meter <br />does conform to the standards and specifications acceptable to the Parties. The presently <br />installed meter has been and is acceptable to the parties. Measurements of flow through <br />Woodside's Meter shall be used to determine Woodside's obligation for actual amounts <br />due hereinafter described. Woodside shall make available to City and District all logs of <br />flow through Woodside's Meter, calaJlations and other information upon which Woodside's <br />actual and estimated flows as calculated. Woodside shall conduct a wet well test of the <br />flow meter in October of each year, commencing October, 1997. The wet well test shall <br />be approved as to methodology, and shall be witnessed by City. The test shall be for the <br />purpose of testing the accuracy of the flow meter. The test shall be done at Woodside's <br />cost. In the event the flow meter is determined to have a variance in excess of 7 ~ percent <br />plus or minus from the actual flow, then the Parties shall use the amount of the variance <br />in excess of 7 % percent and adjust accordingly the treatment costs under Section IV (B) <br />and capacity rental under Section IV (C). <br />x. UNIFORM ORDINANCE <br />Woodside hereby agrees to adopt a Uniform Sanitary Sewerage Ordinance <br />substantially in conformance with the requirements of the Authority and are similar to those <br />adopted by the District and the City, which requirements shall, as a minimum, likewise <br />conform to the requirements of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act as amended by the <br />Federal Water Pollution Control Act Amendments of 1972 (Public Law 92-500), as further <br /> <br />RWCIWDSIFalr Oaks AgrHmel1t <br /> <br />11 <br />
