ATTACHMENT G
DRAFT DOWNTOWN PRECISE PLAN
ISSUE MATRIX
impacts of an elevated railway as
part of their environmental
analysis. That will occur at a
future date with JPB mast likely
serving as the lead agency. The
Precise Plan can be implemented
with the tracks at grade and is not
dependent upon the timing of the
JPB's process.

32
All County awned parcels around
County Government Center
should be designated as such on
the various maps in the
Downtown Precise Plan.
Marshall Street fronting County
Property should not be a
designated "Downtown Care
Street" on Map 2.2.9 (Corridor
Types Map), which would require
shop front displays, but rather it
should be a designated "City
Street" (5).
Staff generally agrees with the
County and will revise the maps
accordingly. However, staff still
wants to apply the Precise Plan
regulations to the County- owned
parcel located at 710 Hamilton
(Law Library). That parcel fronts
Marshall and is very visible. It is
separated from the rest of the
County campus by Marshall and
easily could be developed in
another manner.
Amend all graphics to
show proper
designation.
Approve staff's
recommended graphics
in the Downtown Precise
Plan.
