He asked the traffic engineer how the traffic study was done. Gary Black, Nexagon Transportation, repfied that a traffic count was done in the traffic study and calculations used to reach the conclusion and that they used objective standard and compared standards adopted by the City. The delay that cars face when they are exiting the neighborhood was measured and falls wi#hin the range that is considered acceptable based on City standards. Commissione� Codding stated that the traific study talks about an additionai 19 to 22 trips per AM anti PM peak hours, if there is forty three condos and typically 2-3 people per condo. Mr. Black replied that the number that was used in the study is for one hour and they picked the worst hours of the day in the morning and evening and included Saturday.
