The project will add 144 new dwelting units and an eic�rnentary school for u�to 450 <br /> students.This project also includes a neighborhood park and pubEic trails which may generate traffic <br /> related to recreational visitors. "I'he site improvements wiil include constructing new driveways or <br /> roadway intersections along Marine Parkway and Shearwater Parkway.The school will raise issues of <br /> impacts from inereased traffic and concerns about safe routes to and from the school. Fel�r and Peers, <br /> Inc, is preparing for the applicant a comprehensive traffic study to evaluate the impac�s of the <br /> proposed project and the widening improvements which �nay be necessary for ShearwatEx Parkway. <br /> In compliance with City CounCy Association of Governments requirements, the appl.icant atso will he <br /> submitting a Transportation Demand Management ("i'DM)Program. <br /> b.
