Public Review Draft EIR <br /> Working from a single set vf consolidated and non-contradictory comments to be provided by <br /> Plamling staff,L5A will revise tlle Screench�ck Draft EIR.LSA wi11 provide fifty(50)copies of the <br /> Draft EIR to be distributed to responsible agencies, the pubIic, and the State Clearinghouse. LSA will <br /> be responsible for distribution of the Draft EIR to the State Clearinghouse as well as State agencies <br /> (as specified by the City}. A digital version in portable document format(pdfl would also be created <br /> fo.r posting on the City's web site. One digital copy of the Draft EIR wilt be provided for Planning <br /> staff use. <br /> TASK H. PREPARE RESPONSES TO COMMENTS DOCUMENT <br /> LSA will prepare a Responses to Comments Document, which wi(1 include copies of comments <br /> received on the Draft E1R during the public comnlent period, and responses to those comments, <br /> including identi�cation of any modifications to the Draft EIR itself. The Response to Comments <br /> Docttment together with the Drafi EIR ti�vi?1 re consiciered the Final EIR. <br /> 1. Adrninistrative Draft Response to Comments Docament <br /> The LSA team will formulate responses will provide to each comment on the Draft E1R, including <br /> review period connments received from the public and agencies. An administrative draft of the <br /> responses will be provided l�ogether with: 1)a list of persons, organizations,and puE�lic agencies <br /> commenting on the Uraft EIR; 2)written commei�ts received and minutes of any public hearing <br /> where verbal comments were received; 3}res��onses to environmental cominents raised in the review <br /> process; and 4}a summary af any necessary text, table or figure changes to the Draft EIR. LSA will <br /> discuss the Uest approach to the responses document with City staff at a meeting following the close <br /> of the cornment period. <br /> Our budget estiinate in Table 3 shows the Ievel of professiox�al effort assumed f'or this task.
