In this analysis, the cumulative analysis includes all of the traffic <br /> included in the baseline analysis plus traffic from the proposed "Little Fox" theater space. <br /> Table 4 indicates that, in the cumulative condition, three of the four intersections would ope;ate at accept- <br /> able levels of service with any of the three revised project pa$dng altematives. Opentions at the fouRh <br /> intersection - Middlefield Road and Winslow Street - would be unacceptable during the Friday PM peak <br /> hour. <br /> Operations with the revised project at hvo of the intersecrions shown in the table - including the intersec- <br /> tion of Middlefield Road and Winslow Street, where the LOS would be unacceptable during the Friday <br /> PM peak hour - would be comparable to operations with the approved project. Operations at the Middle- <br /> field/Winslow intersection would be slightly worse with the 315-pazldng-space revised project during the <br /> Saturday afremoon peak hour, but would remain acceptable. The fourth intersection (Middlefield/ Jeffer- <br /> son) would operate at LOS C during the Friday PM peak if the revised project provides 315 pazldng <br /> spaces, compared to LOS D with the approved project or the revised project with 550 or 690 pazldng <br /> spaces. <br /> lb <br />
