The <br /> Block Two Peak Parking Demand (Block Two PPD) will be <br /> determined by averaging the highest four daily occupancy <br /> numbers as reported by that Occupancy Survey. <br /> e. If the City receives notice of termination of its use rights in the <br /> Caltrain Garage, it will immediately notify Developer and Century. <br /> To verify the continuing need for those spaces, the City will use a <br /> reputable parking consultant to conduct an occupancy survey of <br /> the peak night and weekend use of the Caltrain Gazage on 8 days <br /> selected by Century during any 30 day period during the next <br /> successive Seasonal Period, and the results of that survey will be <br /> immediately provided to Developer and Century. The Caltrain <br /> Garage Peak Parking Demand (Caltrain PPD) will be determined <br /> by averaging the highest four daily occupancy numbers as reported <br /> by that Occupancy Survey. The City will replace the lower number <br /> of the Block Two RPO or the Caltrain PPD.
