BUILDING MOVE MEMORANDUM - PAGE TWO - <br /> <br />1. The Police Department and Community Development Services shall approve the <br /> proposed moving plan, including the date, time, route, traffic control, lighting, and <br /> elimination of parking. <br /> <br />2. The applicant shall deposit fees to cover the cost of providing city personnel to facilitate <br /> the building move. <br /> <br />3. The applicant shall obtain an architectural permit in accordance with Article 45 of the <br /> Zoning Ordinance. <br /> <br />4. The applicant shall secure building permits for the new foundation, proposed alterations, <br /> and new detached carports. <br /> <br />5. The applicant shall test and repair as necessary the gas, water, waste and vent, and <br /> electrical systems. Repairs shall be made as further necessary to bring the building into <br /> compliance with the Uniform Housing Code. <br /> <br />6. A structural pest control inspection report shall be submitted to Building & Inspection. Ail <br /> items noted by the licensed pest control agency shall be repaired. <br /> <br />7. That within ten (10) days the 20 Avondale site shall be cleared, from which the building <br /> was removed, of all structural portions of the building, including foundations and all <br /> debris; and, the detached garage. <br /> <br />8. That the basement be filled with compacted earthen material or that the existing fenced <br /> area remain entirely fenced. <br /> <br />9. That the building shall not be occupied until it is reconstructed or otherwise rehabilitated <br /> to comply with all applicable provisions of the City Code and other ordinances of the city. <br /> <br />10. That the building shall not be occupied until the Building Inspector has given the building <br /> a final inspection and has inspected and approved the site from which the building was <br /> moved. <br /> <br /> 11. The applicant shall submit a minimum $1,000 bond to assure compliance with the terms <br /> of the moving permit. <br /> <br /> 12. The permit shall be valid for a maximum period of six months. <br /> <br /> 13.
