respective Maximum Unit Yield (or approved for development <br /> pursuant to a site plan at a density less than its respective <br /> Maximum Unit Yield), each residential lot shown in the <br /> subdivision approved for each such Residential Parcel (or the <br /> Residential Parcel approved by such site plan) shall be assigned a <br /> unit multiplier equal to the Maximum Unit Yield applicable to <br /> such Residential Parcel divided by the number of approved final <br /> map residential units (or residential units as shown on the <br /> approved site plan) assigned to such Residential Parcel. Each <br /> residential unit shown on an approved final map shall be <br /> assigned a unit multiplier equal to the unit multiplier applicable <br /> to the subdivision's final map. Unsubdivided Residential <br /> Parcels developed at less than their respective Maximum Unit <br /> Yields shall be assigned a unit multiplier equal to the unit <br /> multiplier applicable to such parcel's approved site plan. <br /> <br /> Unsubdivided successor parcels or remainder lands, if any, shall <br /> be assigned a Maximum Unit Yield by applying the same <br /> methodology as described in Table 2 of the Lido Neighborhood <br /> Specific Plan. Likewise, unsubdivided successor parcels or <br /> remainder lands subject to residential development, if any, shall <br /> be assigned a unit multiplier in the same manner as applicable <br /> to the Residential Parcels identified in the Lido Neighborhood <br /> Final Maps and as described above. <br /> <br /> Each Residential Parcel as identified by the County Assessor as of <br /> the Fiscal Year lien date shall be assigned the number of <br /> residential units produced by the foregoing calculations. <br /> <br />d. Further provided, however, the number of existing and planned <br /> residential units for Areas G 203 and G 204 (developed as The <br /> Cove at California Bayside), in total, shall be 185. Each <br /> Residential Parcel as identified by the County Assessor as of the <br /> Fiscal Year lien date shall be assigned the number of residential <br /> units produced by the foregoing calculation. <br /> <br />e. Further provided, however, the number of existing and planned <br /> residential units for Area G 401 (developed as California <br /> Seacrest) shall be 85. Each Residential Parcel as identified by the <br /> County Assessor as of the Fiscal Year lien date shall be assigned <br /> the number of units produced by the foregoing calculation. <br /> <br />f. Any parcel dedicated or required to be dedicated to the City for <br /> any use other than residential housing or commercial <br /> development pursuant to a recorded final map shall be an <br /> Exempt Parcel and shall be exempt from the levy of assesments. <br /> <br /> <br />
