Either party may terminate the Agreement by submitting to the other party, in writing, its intent <br /> to terminate at I.east 90 days prior to the aate of termination. <br /> B. If the <br /> Clie��t rec�uests claims computer data,there will be a one-time charge of$500 per tape or other <br /> �x�edia. Any custom downl.oads of data or reformatting of claims data wilt t}e charged at a rate <br /> of$185 per ha��r.
