Motion to approve the purchase of twenty-eight vehicles from the lowest <br /> responsible bidders for a total bid award of $738,448.86; 1 ) items #5 and #7 on <br /> the bid summary in the amount of $137,740.50 from Melrose Ford of Oakland, <br /> CA; 2) item #3 on the bid summary in the amount of $26,900.13 from South City <br /> Ford of So. Motion to amend the employment agreement of the City Attorney and to adjust the <br /> base salary of the City Attorney and restate the rate of accrual of vacation leave. <br /> The City Attorney's base compensation should be adjusted by 5% retroactive to <br /> the pay period beginning on July 29, 2002.
