<br />. Kennedy/Jenks Consultant will prepare plats and legal descriptions for Westport, San <br />Mateo County Jail, Docktown, Peninsula Park, Redwood Creek, and up to two other <br />properties not to exceed 500 feet in length each. City will provide preliminary title <br />reports for all properties to be included in the easement descriptions. <br /> <br />Work by Subconsultants <br /> <br />. A geotechnical investigation for Bid Package 8 will be performed by our subconsultant, <br />Bay Area Geotechnical Group. <br /> <br />. Mapping and legal descriptions for the Westport, San Mateo County Jail, Docktown, <br />Peninsula Park, Redwood Creek, and up to two other easement locations will be <br />performed by our subconsultant, Bohley Consulting, using existing survey information <br />and title reports provided by the City. They will also provide background drawings in <br />AutoCAD for Bid Package 9. Aerial photography, surveying and mapping for the other <br />bid packages is not included. For these areas, the survey previously completed by Bohley <br />Consulting will be used for this project. It is understood that the City will be responsible <br />for providing preliminary title reports for these areas. <br /> <br />. Potholing services for up to 60 selected existing utility locations (15 per bid package) are <br />included and will be performed by our subconsultant, Exaro, using vacuwn excavation <br />techniques. They will obtain encroachment permits from the City. It is understood that <br />the City will waive all permit fees for the City permits. The excavations will be patched <br />with a cold asphalt patch. The potholing schedules will be provided to the project web <br />site. <br /> <br />Work by Others <br /> <br />. New surge control analysis and improvement recommendations were prepared for Bid <br />Packages 4 and 5. These recommendations will be incorporated into the design of the new <br />recycled water pipeline system. It is not anticipated that a new surge control analysis or a <br />new hydraulic model run will be required for this project. <br /> <br />Contract Documents and Technical Specifications <br /> <br />. Contract docwnents and technical specifications to be used for Project include: <br /> <br />. Bid Package 1 through 5 Bidding and Contract Docwnents. <br /> <br />. Bid Package 1 through 5 General and Supplemental Conditions. <br /> <br />. Recycled Water Project Details prepared for Bid Packages 1 through 5. <br /> <br />. City's drafting standards and the standards developed for Bid Packages 1 through 5 <br />will be used as the basis for the Bid Packages 6 through 9 design work and details. <br /> <br />.
