If the project work extends beyond twelve months for design and bidding, or if the <br />scope of services is increased, a budget augmentation will be required for project management. <br /> <br />Task 1.1 - Work Plan and Invoices <br /> <br />Consultant shall prepare a work plan for the Project, including a quality assurance plan. <br />Consultant shall also prepare monthly invoices, including a brief summary of the project status, <br />and will provide monthly updates to the project web site. <br /> <br />" <br />Task 1.2 - Project Meetings <br /> <br />Consultant shall coordinate the work between various disciplines and with the subconsultants. <br />Four in-house project status meetings are assumed for this task. <br /> <br />Task 1.3 - City Progress Meetings <br /> <br />Consultant shall coordinate the work with the City through meetings and correspondence. It is <br />anticipated that four, two-hour-Iong project status/coordination meetings will be conducted with <br />the City over a nine-month design period. Consultant's project manager will attend each <br />meeting. Kennedy/Jenks's project engineer and selected subconsultant representatives may also <br />attend specific meetings at the request of the Kennedy/Jenks's project manager, depending upon <br />project activity.
