Participate in a Preliminary Design Review Meeting with City staff. <br /> <br />Task 3 - 90 Percent Design <br /> <br />Consultant shall provide the following work which constitutes a 90% level of design <br />development: <br /> <br />1. Coordinate potholing activities at up to 15 locations. <br /> <br />2. Prepare plan and profile drawings for up to 2,300 If of 14-inch distribution pipelines at 1" = <br />20'. <br /> <br />3. Prepare plan and profile drawing for up to 2,400 lineal feet of 12-inch branch pipelines at <br />I" = 20'. <br /> <br />4. Prepare detail drawings. <br /> <br />5. Prepare general drawings. <br /> <br />6. Prepare pipeline trench cross-sections (up to 3) with respect to adjacent utilities for review by <br />the City. <br /> <br />7. Incorporate service locations to customer sites provided by the site retrofit team. <br /> <br />8. Submit two sets of half-size drawings at the 50% level for State of California grant funding <br />review, and incorporate their comments into the 90% design. <br /> <br />9. Submit draft sets of drawings for City review up to four times prior to completion of the 90% <br />design. <br /> <br />10. Prepare contract documents including City front-end documents, bid lists, City and Engineer <br />technical specifications and other related documents for bid-build. <br /> <br />11. Prepare permit application for Union Pacific Railroad encroachments, for City's submittal to <br />Union Pacific Railroad. <br /> <br />12.
