<br />13. Provide 3 copies of a 90% submittal of final design for City review, including: <br /> <br />a. Half-size Drawings; <br /> <br />b. Contract Documents; and <br /> <br />c. Engineer's opinion of probable construction cost and schedule. <br /> <br />14. Participate in a 90~ Review Meeting with City staff. <br /> <br />15. Provide two copies of 90% half-size drawings and specifications for State of California grant <br />funding review. <br /> <br />Task 4 -100% Design <br /> <br />After incorporating the City's 90% review comments and State of California comments, <br />Consultant shall submit 3 copies of a 100% submittal including revised preliminary design <br />report, engineer's opinion of probable construction cost, design drawings and contract documents <br />for City's final review. After receiving City approval of the 100% submittal from City, the <br />Consultant shall deliver the following documents: <br /> <br />a) One set of full-size mylar stamped and signed final drawings, along with <br />specifications and contract documents; <br /> <br />b) One (1) copy of final quantity calculations and engineer's opinion of probable <br />construction costs. <br /> <br />All reports, plans, specifications and estimates shall be developed in computer format, including <br />the following: <br /> <br />a. Drawings: Computer Aided Design (CAD) on AutoCAD Release 2004 or later (by <br />Autodesk, Inc.), delivered on CD-ROM; <br /> <br />b. Specifications and reports: IBM PC/MS DOS compatible, CD-ROM, MSWord <br />compatible format; <br /> <br />Task 5 - Bidding and Construction Support <br /> <br />Consultant shall provide the following bidding support services: <br /> <br />1. Attend one pre-bid meeting. <br /> <br />2. Respond to bid questions from City. <br /> <br />3. Prepare up to two addenda. <br /> <br />4.
