Based on the information obtained from the above tasks, perform engineering analyses to <br />develop preliminary conclusions, opinions, and recommendations oriented toward the <br />above purposes of the investigation. <br /> <br />e. Prepare six copies of a report summarizing the findings, including a vicinity map, a site <br />plan showing the approximate CPT borehole locations, a vicinity geologic map, a <br />regional fault map, the boring logs, laboratory test results, as well as conclusions, <br />opinions, and recommendations. <br /> <br />f <br /> <br />3. Coordinate surveying and mapping to be performed by our subcontractor, Bohley Consulting: <br /> <br />a. Prepare plats and legal descriptions across the lands of Redwood Creek for the proposed <br />construction of recycled water lines. The following items will be provided by the City <br />and/or the Consultant: <br /> <br />1) A preliminary title report of the properties through which the recycled water line <br />traverses will be provided by the City. <br /> <br />2) The actuallocation(s) of the recycled water lines in Autocad format will be provided <br />by the Consultant. <br /> <br />3) The width(s) of the proposed easements will be provided by the Consultant with input <br />by the City. <br /> <br />4. Review the permit requirements for the Caltrans and the South Bayside System Authority <br />(SBSA), and participate in one meeting with Caltrans and one meeting with SBSA. <br /> <br />Task 3 - 90 Percent Design <br /> <br />Consultant shall provide the following work which constitutes a 90% level of design <br />development: <br /> <br />1. Coordinate potholing activities at up to 7 locations. <br /> <br />2. Prepare plan and profile drawings for up to 3,000 If of 24-inch distribution pipelines at 1" = <br />20'. <br /> <br />3. Prepare detail drawings. <br /> <br />4. Prepare general drawings. <br /> <br />5. Prepare pipeline trench cross-sections (up to 2) with respect to adjacent utilities for review by <br />the City. <br /> <br />6.
