<br />Same as Bid Package 6 <br /> <br />Task 1.4 - Purple Team Meetings <br /> <br />Same as Bid Package 6 <br /> <br />Task 1.5 - QAlQC Program <br /> <br />Same as Bid Package 9 <br /> <br />Task 2 - Preliminary Design <br /> <br />Consultant shall provide the work that constitutes a preliminary level of design development, <br />using the same scope of work as for Bid Package 6 excepted as noted below: <br /> <br />1. Coordinate surveying and mapping to be performed by our subcontractor, Bohley Consulting: <br /> <br />a. Prepare plats and legal descriptions across the lands of West port Office Park for the <br />proposed construction of recycled water lines. The location of these lines will be within <br />Island Drive and Bridge Parkway. The following items will be provided by the City <br />and/or the Consultant: <br /> <br />1) A preliminary title report of the properties through which the recycled water line <br />traverses will be provided by the City. <br /> <br />2) The actuallocation(s) ofthe recycled water lines and any laterals therefrom in <br />Autocad format will be provided by the Consultant. <br /> <br />3) The width(s) of the proposed easements will be provided by the Consultant with input <br />by the City. <br /> <br />b. Provide Consultant with Subcontractor's Autocad 14 files of the Westport project. It is <br />understood that the files were used to prepare construction drawings for the Westport <br />Project (which files and drawings are a matter of public record with Redwood City) but <br />may not represent the actual locations of installation of the underground utilities. <br /> <br />2. Refine the design criteria to reflect the design of utilities within a former landfill. <br /> <br />3. Assist City with developing an easement agreement for Westport. It is understood that the <br />City will be responsible for the easement negotiations, and the Consultant will provide <br />assistance as requested. <br /> <br />Task 3 - 90 Percent Design <br /> <br />Consultant shall provide the following work which constitutes a 90% level of design <br />development: <br /> <br />Agreement over $1 OK <br />KennedyJenks Rev-2 112603 <br /> <br />28 <br />
