Specifications and reports: IBM PC/MS DOS compatible, CD-ROM, MSWord <br />compatible format; <br /> <br />Task 5 - Bidding and Construction Support <br /> <br />Consultant shall provide the following bidding support services: <br /> <br />1. Attend one pre-bid meeting. <br /> <br />2. Respond to bid questions from City. <br /> <br />3. Prepare up to two addenda. <br /> <br />4. Review the bids and provide comments to City. <br /> <br />5. Attend one pre-construction meeting. <br /> <br />6. Review and provide responses for up to 15 submittals of shop and working drawings of <br />manufacturers and contractors. These will be reviewed for substantial conformity with the <br />contract plans and specifications. <br /> <br />7. Prepare responses for up to 3 requests for information. <br /> <br />8. Prepare record drawings based on markups provided by the construction manager. <br /> <br />9. Provide GIS conversion services by modifying the AutoCAD files for conversion, importing <br />the files into GIS, editing the feature geometry to comply with City requirements, attributing <br />the resulting files, and testing the files to verify the ability to import into H20NET, as <br />described under Record Drawings and GIS Conversion for Bid Packages 1 to 5. <br /> <br />HIGHWAY 101 BIKE PATH PIPELINE IMPROVEMENTS <br /> <br />Consultant shall review the design for the existing recycled water pipeline which was installed in <br />the Highway 101 Bike Path prior to the development of design criteria for the overall recycled <br />water distribution system. Consultant will prepare a brief memo summarizing recommended <br />improvements to bring the bike path pipeline into general conformance with the rest of the <br />recycled water distribution system.
