These work efforts include project management, day to day <br />coordination, and attendance at meetings and/or conference calls to strategize and <br />resolve technical issues in order to continue moving this project forward. A list of out <br />of scope work efforts that have occurred since July 11, 2008 is provided below. <br /> <br />. Colette and Audrey attended the July 29,2008 project team meeting with City <br />staff and the applicant. <br /> <br />. Dain and Colette attended the July 29, 2008 Planning Commission study <br />session on the Finger Avenue subdivision provided a summary of issues to <br />the project team on July 30, 2008. <br /> <br />. Dain prepared a staff report and Power Point presentation for the July 29, 2008 <br />study session and made a presentation to the Planning Commission and <br />responded to questions from the Commission. <br /> <br />. Colette attended, and Audrey participated by telephone, in a meeting with <br />City staff on August 5, 2008 to discuss project issues and environmental <br />impact comments from the July 29, 2008 meeting. The meeting was preceded <br />by a site visit. <br /> <br />. Colette reviewed background information, responded to public inquiry <br />email, and prepared an alternative site plan for the project. <br /> <br />. On August 14, 2008, Colette attended a meeting with City staff and the <br />applicant to discuss next steps in the entitlement process, mitigations, and <br />project alternatives. <br /> <br />. Colette attended a meeting at Redwood City on August 28, 2008 with City <br />staff and the applicant to hear the applicant's responses to the items <br />presented on the August 14, 2008. The applicant presented a proposal for <br />maintaining 15 foot creek setbacks. <br /> <br />. Colette attended a meeting with City staff including legal counsel on <br />September 4, 2008 to review applicant's materials regarding creek setback. <br /> <br />· Colette and Audrey attended a meeting with City staff and applicant on <br />September 9, 2008 to discuss City's response project progress. <br /> <br />OFFICES THROUGHOUT CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />" <br />
