Seventy-one copies of the Initial <br />Study and one electronic pdf version of the proposed MND/IS was printed for <br />distribution, including fifteen copies that were sent to the State Clearinghouse. <br /> <br />. Completion of this task required project management tasks including <br />coordination with City staff regarding direction on several topics in the Initial <br />Study and internal coordination with the project team. <br /> <br />The cost to complete this task was $11,890. The cost for this task was higher than <br />previously anticipated because the number of copies increased from 25 to 71 and we <br />were directed to quantified greenhouse gas emissions by the City. <br /> <br />Scope of Work to Finish IS/MND <br /> <br />The City has requested that Impact Sciences provide the costs to finish the IS/MND. <br />The entitlement process will be completed under separate contract, and thus this <br />letter provides only the costs necessary to complete the IS/MND. The tasks provided <br />below entails the work required to complete of the Initial Study, including the <br />preparation the Mitigation Monitoring Reporting Program (MMRP). <br /> <br />Task 2. Prepare Responses to Comments, and MMRP <br /> <br />Impact Sciences will review all comments received on the IS/MND during the agency <br />and public review period and will assist the City in preparing responses to comments <br />pertinent to the impact analysis in the IS. Impact Sciences will also prepare a MMRP, <br />which is required by state law for consideration of project approval. The format of <br />the MMRP will be defined in consultation with City staff. <br /> <br />Task 3: Project Management and Meeting Attendance <br /> <br />Impact Sciences' project manager, will attend one meeting with City staff to review <br />comments received on the Initial Study and will participate in up to four conference <br />calls. The project manger will also attend up two meetings with the City's Planning <br />Commission and/or City Council to support City staff through project review and <br />action. The project management task includes internal coordination with the project <br />team, processing of monthly invoices, and day to day coordination of the project. <br /> <br />OFFICES THROUGHOUT CALIFORNIA <br />
