<br />7A <br />Page 37 <br /> <br />the implementation of on-site runoff mitigation and treatment and other best <br />management practices for urban stormwater pollutant mitigation. <br /> <br />28. MMRP Standard Condition 4.7-3: The project shaff provide the necessary <br />improvements to the existing storm drain infrastructure to prevent the creation <br />of flood hazards. These include grading of building pads to direct runoff into <br />the drainage system or curbs and gutters, installation of needed underground <br />lines to connect to area-wide infrastructure, and any necessary upgrade of <br />downstream <ffacilities to adequately handle increase in stormwater volumes <br />due to on-site runoff. <br /> <br />29.MMRP Standard Condition 4.7-4: The project shall design and construct on- <br />site drainage facilities in accordance with City Engineering Standards, <br />Volume 3, Part V, ('Storm Drainage Design Criteria." <br /> <br />30.MMRP Standard Condition 4.7-5: The developer shall enter into an <br />Operations and Maintenance Agreement for the long-term maintenance oUhe <br />permanent stormwater pollution prevention devices to be installed as part of <br />the STOPPP permit. <br /> <br />31. MMRP Standard Condition 4.8-1: The proposed project shall comply with <br />seismic design criteria in the Uniform Building Code, the City's building <br />standards, and other pertinent building regulations. <br /> <br />32. The applicant shall submit additional noise reduction measures for the tire <br />center including an analysis prepared by a sound engineer for review and <br />approval of the Zoning Administrator prior to issuance of the Building Permit <br />for the retail warehouse. <br /> <br />33. Bicycle parking facilities shall be provided for employees and customers. <br />Long-term secured bicycle parking for at least ten bicycles shall be provided <br />for employees and shown on plans submitted for Building Permit. Short-term <br />bicycle parking (racks) for customers shall be provided in a visually prominent <br />location near the store entrance. Cut sheets distinguishing the style of the <br />bike racks shall be submitted to Planning Services for review and approval <br />prior to installation. The number of racks is dependent upon the design. <br /> <br />34.AII parking stalls shall be double-striped. Parking stalls adjacent to walkways <br />shall have bumper guards to insure that car bumpers do not overhang the <br />walkway area. <br /> <br />35. Shopping cart storage shall be provided throughout the site and shall be <br />shown on plans submitted for Building Permit. The site design shall include <br />curb ramps and other access enhancements to provide easy site access for <br />shoppers pushing carts. Provisions shall be made for overnight storage and <br />securing of the shopping carts. <br /> <br />Page 10 of 21 <br />
