Issues regarding the Stanford Outpatient Center Project are discussed in the <br />staff response to the appeal letter and the report to City Council. See <br />Attachment 2 to this staff report. <br /> <br />2. CEQA requires the cumulative analysis to include the list of projects included in <br />the analysis, Trips associated with the Stanford Medical Clinics and other future <br />development, including in the Downtown area, are included in the cumulative <br />analysis list, which is located in Appendix D of the Draft EIR, Traffic Impact <br />Study. An Addendum prepared for the Draft EIR dated August 8, 2007 includes <br />the most current technical attachments for the traffic study. <br /> <br />3. The explanation of how trip generation correlates with fuel sales was described <br />at the June 19, 2007 Planning Commission hearing and is further detailed in the <br />staff response to the appeal letter. See Attachment 2 to this staff report. <br /> <br />4. This comment does not raise an EIR or environmental issue. However, as an <br />element of the budgeting process, the City conseNatively estimated fluctuations <br />in the sales tax revenue associated with the potential closure of Cost co for <br />reconstruction. As indicated in the staff report, the City Council will consider the <br />Costco application at its August 13, 2007 meeting, <br />
