Precise Plan Project is included as Appendix C ir� the Seguoia Hospi#al Precise <br /> P�an dated August 2J07, that was pr�sente� to the City Council at their meeting on <br /> August 27, 2007, was filed and made availabfe at the Office of the City Clerk, is <br /> incorparated herein by this reference, is adopted as part of this resolution herein, and is <br /> included in the canditions afi approval for the Project. The MMRP identifies impacts of <br /> the Project, carresponding mitigation measures, designation af respflnsibility for <br /> mitigation implementation and the agency responsible for the monitoring action. The <br /> Project does not have potentiaily significant adverse environmental effec#s which <br /> exceed or differ from those of the Initial Projec#, and no additional, feasible mitigation <br /> measures are available or necessary for the Project as mo�ified from the initial Projecf. <br /> A. The mitigafiion measures set for#h in the MMRP are specific and <br /> enforceable and are capable of being fulfy implemented by the efForts of <br /> the City of Redwood Ci�Ey, the applicant, and/or other identified public <br /> agencies of responsibiliiy. <br /> B. The City Council wi(! adopt and impose the #easible mitigation measures <br /> as set forth in the MMRP as enforceable conditions of approval. <br /> C.
