Thi� Council does hereby make the foregoing findings with respect to the <br /> significant effects on the environment ofi such Project, as identified in the �EIR, with the <br /> stipulations that all information in these findings is intended as a summary of the fuff <br /> administrative record supqorking the FElR, which fu�l administrative record should be <br /> consulted for the ful! details supnorting these findinas; and that any mitiaation measures <br /> and/or alternatives fihat were suggested by commenfiers to the DEiR and were not <br /> adop#ed as part of the FEIR are hereby expressly rejected for the reasons stated in the <br /> responses to the comments sefi forth in the FEIR and elsewhere in the record. <br /> 10.
