Buildings will be required to <br /> meet the requirements of appropriate Building and Fire Cocles. <br /> Mitigation Impact GE� 4.1-1: ln or�er to avaid hazards from identified <br /> geologic and soils conditions on the site, the 5equoia Hospital campus pro}ect shall <br /> inc(ude, at minimum, measures from the Final- Engineering Geofogic and Geotechnical <br /> Evaluation, as summarized in Section 4.5.3 of this EIR. <br /> Finciings: The City Council of the Gity of Redwood City adopts Standard <br /> Conditians 4.5-1, 4.5-2, and 4.5-3 and Mitigation Measure 4.1-1 as feasible conditions <br /> and measures, and finds that the implementation of these standard condifions and <br /> mitigation rneasure would reduce geological, soifs, or seismic impacts of the praject to a <br /> less-than-significant level. <br /> E.
