The medicai campus is curreniiy comprised ofi a <br /> hospitai, skilfed nursing faciiity, medical office buiidings ar,d surface park�ng lots. <br /> Proposed Proiect: The proposed Sequoia Nospital project will involve the canstruction <br /> of new medicaf facilities, including an approximately 148,000 square faot hospital <br /> pavifion and 16,800 square foot central plant. Under the proposed project, the core area <br /> of the existing hospital would remain and would be seismically retrofitteci. In addition, <br /> appraximately 38,000 square feet of the existing hospital buifding would be remodeled <br /> and 11,350 square feet would be demo(ished to allaw for the proposed expansion and <br /> building upgrades. The resulting hospital would house 167 beds, the same number as <br /> today. The project wiii alsa incfude a new, four and one-haif fevel parking structure. <br /> The site's existing 47,750 square foot skilled nursing facility, located west of the <br /> hospital, will also be demo(ished and incarporated info the hospifal.
