Health Care Reimbursemen� <br /> The City's maximum monthly contribution for each active employee for the <br /> aforementionad Cafeteria Plan shall be equal to the Kaiser Family Premium per <br /> employee minus any costs incurred by the City to maintain said Cafeteria Plan in <br /> campiiance with IRS Code Section 125, and minus any costs incurred by the City to <br /> maintain the Health Benefits Plans. Such costs include, hut are not limited to <br /> surcharges, and/or administrative fees. <br /> Any funds remaining at the end of the fiscal year in each individua! Cafeteria Plan <br /> account shali be returned to the generaf fund for use consistent with IRS Code Section <br /> 125. <br /> �. H��lth �av:r�c�s/Cash Uption - If an employee elects a City health plan or <br /> coverage which costs less than the Kaiser Family Premium, the C'sty and the <br /> employee shall share equally the difference between their elected coverage/non- <br /> coverage to a maximum total shared savings of $205.OQ per month.
