Lessee shall hire an adequate number of persons in order to <br /> pr�vide food services in a prompt and timely manner under this Lease. <br /> 8.3 Payment of Lessee's Emplovees. Lessee shall pay ali persons hired as required <br /> by law, including btat not limited to, income tax wi#i�holding and social security <br /> payments. No empfoyee of Lessee shall be deemed to be an employee of <br /> Lessor. <br /> 8.4 Qualitv of Food. All food and presentation shafi be first c{ass with the minimum <br /> standard being high quality food and service comparable to or exceeding those <br /> of other similar �usinesses. The highest standard of cleanliness and sanita#inn <br /> on fhe premises and in the course of food preparation shall be maintained <br /> without exception. <br /> 8.5 Manaqement of the Concession Space. Lessee shall manage Daily Boost and <br /> all aperations therein. <br /> 8.6 Alcohol. Alcohol sales and distribution are not permitted without approva! af the <br /> Leasor. <br /> 8.7 Epuipment Maintenance. Lessee shall clean all equipment daily and perform <br /> routine maintenance upon all equipment. Lessee shall inform Agency within 24- <br /> hours of discovering any broken or malfunctioning equipment. <br /> 8.8 Refuse. Lessee shal! praperly and promptly place all garbage, compost, refuse <br /> and recyciables in the appropriate containers. tessee shail participate in the <br /> County of San Mateo's composting callection program as feasibly possible. <br /> 8.9 Material Waste Reduction. Lessee shafl reduce, reuse, and reeycle materiaEs in <br /> order to reduce the amount of waste sent to landfifls. Biodegradable products <br /> are encourag�d.
