In <br /> addition, Lessee shall develop a schedule of inspection and cleaning acceptable <br /> to Lessor far each piece of equipmen#. Upon completion of the Inventory of <br /> Fixtures and approval by the Lessor, the Inventory ofi Fixtures will be attached to <br /> this Lease as Exhibit I�. <br /> 't2. ENTRY <br /> 12.1 Lessor, with 24-hour prior written notice or in cases of emergency, shall have the <br /> right to enter the Lessee's assigned premise to inspect the same. <br /> 13. SiGNS <br /> 13.1 Lessee shall have the right to design, install and main#ain signs, at his / her sole <br /> cost, subj�ct to the Lessor's review and approval, provided that said signs <br /> conform to the Courthouse Square signage requirements and/or sign program of <br /> the City of Redwood City. <br /> 14. PARKING <br /> 14.1 The Premises does not have any assigned parking. Parking is availabie for <br /> purchase at Lessee's sole cost and expense at the Redwood City parking lots <br /> and garages. <br /> 'f 5. TAXES <br /> 15.1 Lessee shall pay its assessed Possessory Interest Tax to San Mateo County on <br /> an annual basis. The Lessor is not responsible for determining how this <br /> possessory interest is caiculated by San Mateo Caunty. <br /> 1S. MULTIPLE VENDQRS <br /> 16.1 Lessee agrees that it will abide by, keep and observe all reasonable rules and <br /> regulations, as designated in Exhibit C which City may make from time to time <br /> for the management, safety, care, and cleanliness of Courthouse Square, the <br /> parking of vehicles and the preservation of gaod order therein as welE as for the <br /> convenience of other occupants and lessees of Courthouse Square. The <br /> violations of any such rules and regulations shali be deemed a breach of this <br /> Lease Agreement by the Lessee. <br /> 17. SECURITY MEASURES <br /> 'f 7.1 Lessee hereby acknowfedges that the rent payable to Agency hereunder does <br /> not include the cost of guard service or other security measures, and that Agency <br /> shall have no obligation wha#soever ta provide same.
