System Administrator and Application Administrator training is performed via <br />knowledge transfer. Administrators and Help Desk staff are welcome to attend end user trainingbutthere is no <br />formal trai ningspecificallygeared toward those roles. <br />Sub-Deliverables/Milestones: There will be a Training Plan deliverable for each project phase, resulting <br />in the following sub -deliverables: <br />• T02.1 Training Plan -Phase 1 <br />• T02.2 Training Plan -Phase 2 <br />• T02.3 Training Plan -Phase 3 <br />Format: Microsoft Word <br />Redwood City Role: The City will be responsible for completing the following tasks: <br />• Provide trainee population data as requested by CRT for development of the deliverable <br />• Plan City training facilities <br />• Provide input for deliverable <br />• Attend deliverable review meetings <br />• Approve deliverable <br />CherryRoad Role: CherryRoad will be responsible for completing the following tasks: <br />• Analyze City training requirements <br />• Create deliverable <br />• Facilitate deliverable review meetings <br />Acceptance Criteria: The T02 Training Plan deliverable documents the overall training plan. The plan will <br />be considered complete when the following items have been determined: <br />1. Population of City employees that will require training <br />2. Preliminary Course Catalog that will be included in the training curriculum design sessions <br />3. End user training program milestones and project schedule <br />4. Post production support team training program milestones and project schedule (e.g., Help Desk, <br />Functional SMEs, System Administrators, etc.) <br />S. Recommended Oracle training - Oracle LaunchPad, Guided Learning Starter Packs <br />6. Recommended facilities and training logistics including classrooms and connectivity <br />7.
